Prototype Manufacturing
We specialize in small runs, typically under (10) pieces. Our unique
set-up methods and expertise with small quantities allow us to offer
highly attractive pricing on low volume runs and prototype machining.
Low Pricing on Low Volumes
Our competitive pricing on low volume jobs is a result of highly
experienced workforce. As a company, we have over 40 years dedicated to
providing close-tolerance CNC and precision machining services. Our team
of skilled machinists boast an average of 11 years experience with
“zero” turnover since 1999.
Precision Services – Exotic Materials
At PCI, we strive to maintain a culture focused on achieving and
rewarding accuracy and zero defects. Our talented team excels at doing
the job right, the first time. We welcome projects that involve
expensive exotic metals and materials. Our facility is climate
controlled which allows us to routinely hold tolerances of .0001". We
also machine to Military Standard Specifications.
Design Support
In addition to providing drawing service, we can provide on-site
consultation to assist you in designing products that are both easier
and more economical to manufacture. The result is a part that meets your
specification, at the most affordable cost.
